Lumixa treatments utilise an innovative, patented technology called Fluorescent Light Energy (FLE), which is supported by strong scientific evidence and multiple clinical studies on wound care and dermatology. FLE enhances and maximises the benefits of LED light treatments, thanks to:
Polychromatic light: Blue LED light is converted into Fluorescent Light Energy (FLE) which covers the entire spectrum of wavelengths (500 to 800nm), therefore working simultaneously on both epidermal and dermal layers.
Photobiomodulation: The light stimuli generates photophysical and photochemical reactions in the skin to stimulate biological processes and the skin’s own regeneration mechanisms.
Hyper-pulsed light: Unlike continuous light from conventional LED light, FLE generates hyper-pulsed light, which provides superior cellular interaction by providing cells with ‘quench’ periods (periods of rest where the light delivers energy deep into the tissue while generating less heat at the surface layers).
